Mouthwash benefits

In addition to brushing and flossing regularly, mouthwash can be added in your ritual to optimize health and oral hygiene. Allegedly mouthwash can reduce the growth of bacteria and plague (a sticky layer that accumulated in some parts of the teeth and sourced from foods or sweet beverages, breads, and cereals).

Growth of bacteria and plague which left unchecked can lead to the onset of tartar and gingivitis, and eventually create damage to the teeth. But for small children under the age of six years, the use of mouthwash should be postponed because they could accidentally swallow.
